DYL Services takes pride in the services we offer to our customers. We are a fully insured house clearance company with over 20 years’ experience; we also hold a waste removal license to support the services we provide.

At DYL, we like to support other services and charities wherever we can and give a little back to the community. This ranges from sponsoring sports kits to providing wellbeing sessions for staff teams who work hard to support their members.
To date, DYL Services has supported many young people and staff teams by providing over 100 Easter eggs for a children’s Easter party, sponsoring T-shirts for a local cadet group and built a storage hut for campfire wood.
We have also provided massage sessions for staff teams at a local care provider and charity, where employees work tirelessly to support their customers and members. We are proud to have also played our part in providing a minibus for a children’s trip to a forest garden and contributing to a local boxing group.

Costs vary based on the size of the property and how much needs clearing. A free estimate will be provided once a site visit to the property has been completed or we can provide an estimate from photos.
Unfortunately, we do not take any hazardous materials. These include; gas, oil, propane tanks, toxic materials, chemicals and asbestos.
Once we have given an estimate for the job and it’s been agreed, it can be booked in. We aim to complete jobs within a week. On some occasions it has been possible to do the clearance on the same day or next day basis.
Containerised storage is clean, dry and very secure due to it being based inside a facility as opposed to shipping containers that are placed outside. It is also more affordable than most other storage options.
